Property Signs

Property signs communicate information about a property to the public. Signs may provide information to trespassers regarding private property, that water restrictions are in place, or provide a warning about security or potential hazards on the property.

When there is a hazard or hazardous condition on the property that is not life threatening, a Warning Sign should be used that complies with AS 1319. A Warning Sign should have a yellow background with a black triangle and exclamation mark or symbol. If there is a hazard this is life threatening, a Danger Sign should be used.
