Private Property Signs

Private property signs inform the public that an area of land is privately owned, and it is not permitted to enter.

Signs have black text on a white background and are to be placed at access points to a property such as a gate or driveway.

A private property sign includes the words ‘PRIVATE PROPERTY’ but may also state ‘NO TRESPASSERS’ or ‘NO ACCESS’.
