No Trespassing Signs

No Trespassing signs indicate to the public that access to a building or property is not permitted.

Signs that are used on private property use black text on a white background with the words ‘NO TRESPASSING’, often accompanied by additional information regarding prosecution.

Warning signs are also used to fend off trespassers, and are recognised by the word ‘WARNING’ in yellow text on a black rectangle, with additional information. Warning signs comply with AS 1319 to specify that there is a non-life threatening hazard or hazardous condition.

A Security sign is an alternative option to inform the public that surveillance cameras are in use.
