Do Not Enter Signs
Australian Standard 1319:1994 requires Do Not Enter signs to protect both the public and workers from areas on a building site.
Areas where there is the possibility of death need to have a sign with the red Danger symbol on a black background above additional black text on a white background.
When death is not a possibility, but only certain people can access an area, a Restricted Area, Authorised Personnel Only sign can be used.
