Biohazard Signs
Australian Standard 1319-1994 states that biohazard signs should be used to indicate a hazardous situation where injuries may occur. Biohazard signs warn of the dangers of working with and being in proximity to biohazard materials.
When there is a possibility of death, a Danger Sign should be used.
Biohazard signs are recognised by a hazard symbol with a black triangle around it and black text on a yellow background.
