Before assessment, the holder should be attached to your scaffold.
Complete the assessment and fill in the details on the tag. Our tags are multi-purpose and include a tick section on weight (Light Duty 225Kg, Medium Duty 450kg or Heavy Duty 675kg).
On satisfactory completion of the inspection, write the next inspection date on the rear of the tag and insert it into the holder.
The equipment is now ready to use.
